Current Roles
Senior Development Manager | Toowong, Queensland
Reporting to the General Manager – Development, we are looking for individuals to take lead responsibility for project operations and management across our portfolio including large masterplanned community projects and other key residential, commercial and industrial sector projects.
These dynamic roles encompass management of Atrio-owned and Atrio-managed projects. Our current project pipeline includes the 511 lot Ripley View project in Ripley Valley, the proposed Hardrock Quarry redevelopment in Ipswich, a 158 Lot residential sub-division in Gatton; a 25 lot rural residential sub-division in Adare; a 51 lot residential sub-division in Bahrs Scrub; six childcare developments for Oak Tree Academy, and the ongoing reconfiguration works at Swanbank Industrial Estate near Ipswich.
To be successful, you will have end-to-end experience in leading successful projects across the development sector, preferably greenfield land subdivisions in South-East Queensland, with proven relationships across authorities, consultants and contractors.
You will also possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Strong experience in managing development teams across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A positive attitude and professional demeanour
- An effective communication style, and the ability to effectively manage and influence project outcomes
