Utilising our expertise in the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector, Atrio was successful in conceiving and managing this SDA Participant Led Development in Bridgeman Downs, located 25min drive from the Brisbane CBD.

This unique site allowed for a three-bedroom plus Onsite Overnight Accommodation (OOA) Robust Design home to be built on 3,674sqm. The robust design resulted in a high-quality fit-for-purpose house that integrated participants well within the community for social participation. It is notable for not looking like specialist housing while still providing a high level of physical access provisions to the participants.
