Hall Property Solutions Enters New Phase as Atrio

Hall Property Solutions, a full-service property development group based in South East Queensland, today has announced the next phase in its growth with the introduction of a new identity – Atrio.

Originally launched in mid-2019 as a lounge room start-up with one staff member and two projects, the business has grown to a team of 11 with more than 60 projects across residential, industrial, and commercial developments.

Founder and Managing Director, Chris Hall said the rebrand comes after their team spent time reflecting on the business’ vision and future growth ambitions.

“In recent months, we have been considering our future direction, all of the things that we excel at, and redefining our brand and services to support our goals and those of our clients,” Mr Hall said.

“Perhaps, not surprisingly, it also led us to a new name.”

An Italian word, Atrio translates as a lobby or entrance hall, reflecting the business’ full-service offering – the entry point to a range of disciplines, expertise, and services in the property sector.

While retaining a subtle link to its ‘hall’ origins in the name, the new Atrio is very much a collaborative effort.

“Our business has not only grown but its evolved, and our new identity needed to embody our collective vision for Atrio and reflect a growing team – it’s certainly not just about me anymore,” Mr Hall said.

“This rebrand is a significant milestone in our journey.

“I almost couldn’t conceive of being in this position four years ago when I first started the business. It’s been a lot of hard work, but it’s also very much thanks to the fantastic team that we’ve built.

“We’re just getting started though – our current Queensland pipeline is valued at more than $250 million, with further projects being conceived nationally.”

Embarking on this new journey, the business has also relocated to new headquarters in Toowong.

General Manager – Operations Jenna Spurling said that after months of work on the brand and the new offices, she is excited that the team is now able to share Atrio with everyone.

“We’re proud of the relationships that we’ve built with our clients and project partners, and of the results we’ve delivered together,” Ms Spurling said.

“That’s part of what I love about the new name.

“Atrio is the origin of the word atrium – a key element that brings light in from outside. To me, that reflects the specialist insight and holistic approach that we bring to our work with clients.

“We manage projects end to end, or we can just plug in where and when needed – we bring as little or as much ‘light’ as each project needs to maximise value and deliver results.

“We’ve got such a passionate team so this is a very exciting time for all of us. We can’t wait to see where Atrio takes us.”
