Chris HallOwner and Managing DirectorChris HallOwner and Managing Director
Chris has nearly two decades of experience in the property development industry managing every aspect of project delivery. In his role as Managing Director, Chris drives the business through his creative and commercial property led solutions.
With specialist skills in strategic off-market acquisitions, joint venturing, development, design management and community engagement, Chris deeply understands the fundamentals of the property sector. Chris’ ability to navigate, engage and manage teams of specialist consultants along with being able to attract like-minded partners provides our clients with quality end-to-end development solutions.
Chris maximises planning and financial outcomes for all parties involved and ensures that projects are viable before significant investment is made. His composed and innovative nature as well as his diverse skill set provides a unique and refreshing approach to the industry.
A registered QBCC Builder (Project Management Services), Chris holds a Masters in Project Management, Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction Management, a Graduate Certificate IV in Built Environment and Engineering, and is also a REIQ Real Estate Principle and Sales Agent.
Chris currently sits on the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Residential Committee for Queensland.

Jenna is a passionate and driven professional with over 15 years of experience in organisational leadership. Overseeing both the operational and business development of Atrio, Jenna brings with her highly developed leadership skills and abilities.
Jenna’s professional career has spanned several sectors including public health, government, and private enterprise. Complementing her demonstrated administrative and governance experience, Jenna has become a skilled strategist and effective communicator and has been responsible for the crafting and implementation oversight of numerous business and operational plans, projects, and policies.
Through Atrio’s growth, Jenna has driven the creation of a highly skilled and widely experienced team and led the business through its transition to a new brand and future as Atrio.
She is a passionate advocate and key driver of Atrio’s commitment to a values-driven approach, one that prioritises people and relationships and ultimately creates value and delivers quality business and client outcomes.
Jenna is a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA) national ACADEMY: People and Culture Committee for the 2023/24 term.

Having led top-performing teams in residential and infrastructure projects across various private, listed, and government organisations throughout Australia, Jaryd plays a key role in delivering our development management services and contributing to our team’s overall performance and growth.
Jaryd is passionate and highly skilled in property development and associated infrastructure, with demonstrated end-to-end knowledge and senior leadership of the full property spectrum, from site acquisitions and design, to project positioning, development, budgeting, construction and site divestment.
Jaryd is a previous winner of property industry excellence awards including the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland Young Leader of the Year in 2018.
Committed to giving back to the industry, Jaryd currently servies on both the UDIA Membership and Logan Branch Committees as well as being a former speaker and lecturer for both the University of Queensland and the UDIA.
Jaryd holds a post graduate certificate in Business (Project Management) along with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning and is currently a UDIA Mentor, helping to foster emerging leaders within the development community.

With almost 20 years of experience in the design and development industry, Andrew is a highly motivated and dedicated member of the Atrio team.
His impressive background includes a decade’s worth of work in the commercial construction sector, where he led the design management for numerous projects of varying levels of size and complexity.
Andrew’s expertise lies in creating innovative design solutions by gaining a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ needs and unlocking the potential of each site. He earned a Bachelor of Built Environment (Architectural Studies) from Queensland University of Technology in 2004.

An accomplished property development leader, Jason joins the team with over two decades of experience designing, planning and delivering masterplanned communities, retail and townhouses across South East Queensland, including flagship projects Riverbank, Caboolture and Village Green, Palmview, with an impressive track record of delivering up to 200 lots annually.
Along with a diverse skillset, Jason’s laser focus on communication is his biggest asset, driving strong financial outcomes for our clients across major western corridor developments at Ripley, Gatton and Adare.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Environmental Planning, Certificate IV in Building and Construction and a QBCC Low-Rise Builders License.

Entering the Brisbane construction industry while studying building design, Phil quickly realised that people and processes were his forte, and what followed has been a successful 15-year career spanning leadership roles within sales, marketing and client operations.
A strategic thinker with a creative eye and passion for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer journey, Phil is laser-focused on using the best systems available to both delight clients and achieve outstanding business outcomes.
Initially operating within the SEQ residential construction market for some of Australia’s largest home builders and property developers, Phil has spent time abroad in the UK, working with one of the largest commercial property developers in London. It was this experience within such a fast-paced and ultra-competitive market that has influenced his customer-led and agile approach to marketing and customer strategy, always seeking ways to stand out from the crowd.

With a background spanning finance, management consulting, and property sales, Chris brings a diverse skill set to the team. He began his property career in Toronto, Canada, as an agent with Keller Williams, one of North America’s largest agencies, before moving back to Brisbane, where he worked as a listing agent with Ray White Bulimba, part of the Ray White Collective Group.
Before transitioning into property, Chris spent over five years in finance, working as a financial advisor with Morgans Stockbroking in Brisbane and Investors Group in Toronto. He also contributed to major infrastructure projects as part of KPMG’s Economics Team, assisting state governments with transport and stadium strategies across SEQ and NSW.
Holding a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance / Economics) from QUT and a Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, Chris’ commercial talents are an exciting addition to the Atrio development team.

A seasoned property professional, with over 15 years in the residential construction industry, Melissa is well-known for delivering exceptional client outcomes. Her journey in the property industry began in Sales and Marketing for a prominent Brisbane property developer, and she has since held key roles in high-end Asset Management, Settlements and Client Relations.
With a track record of settling some of South East Queensland’s most iconic projects, Melissa thrives on building meaningful connections, expertly pairing her energy for client and stakeholder engagement with a creative touch, to foster impactful outcomes in her role as Project Coordinator across our key development projects.
