Early due diligence checks were completed, with an initial review of the historical information on the site, including any relevant documentation provided by the developer, while also reviewing the current planning scheme. Additionally, Atrio conducted a site visit on 27 September 2022 to understand the current state of property, serving and surround amenity via a Site Inspection Report.

Following the results of the review felt that the brief outlined by Urban Rise Group for a 1 into 4 lot residential subdivision is consistent with the immediate developments and planning scheme, financially feasible and demonstrated good returns.

The project will consist of a reconfiguration of Lots (ROL) 1 int 4 Lot subdivision (code assessable) via Somerset Regional Council consisting of 3 x 600m2 lots & 1 x 518m2 lot and is expected to complete in early to mid 2024.
