This 137 lot residential subdivision was secured by Atrio from the Landowner under a’ Put and Call Option’ with favorable terms.

With a total development cost of $20 million, we completed our due diligence and were successful in securing a Development Approval.

With the Development Approval secured, we nominated the project to Flinders Grange.
